Recruitment

Our local recruitment is based on a wide national and diaspora network, as well as a deep understanding of skills- and capacities  development in Liberia during the past 20 years. We will find quality local staff for your positions to ensure that you comply with governmental Liberianization policy; and where local expertise is lacking, we will recruit expatriates to fill your technical and management positions. Among Liberia’s unskilled or inexperienced youth, our recruitment practice will provide you with trainable staff to take over expatriate positions as your operations develop. Testing to verify skills and experience forms a cornerstone of our recruitment, and our partners in the West-African oil industry allows us to recruit for a large set of positions. Training

We provide a range of training to you local and expatriate staff. We train your in-house staff as well as the staff we have recruited for, or contracted to, your operations. For expatriate staff newly arrived in Liberia we provide introductory courses to ease them quickly into living in Liberia. We can also train your office and warehouse staff in logistics, management or specific software such as Access, Excel, Word or Quickbooks and other accounting software.

Management & outsourcing

VIP- & immigration services
